[This was not where she was supposed to be.]

[She doesn't realize it's not earth, only that it's a location that she doesn't recognize, with strange and unfamiliar architecture. Every corner of the city screams to her of danger danger danger no matter how glittering and welcoming it might be. Her world has been set off balance enough as of late, and the last thing she wants is to be some unknown place with no knowledge of how she got there in the first place.]

[As much as she might try to blend into the shadows and make herself invisible it's a bit difficult as her ratty clothes in Midgardian style give her away as an outsider.]

[There's a man striding down the hallway, dressed very much as if he belonged there and looking around as if he owned the place - which, being a prince of Asgard, he almost did. There was something... wrong. He glanced around. Being one who was observant he quickly spied her. His tone was demanding.]

Who are you?

[Tony is poking into everything every the curious scientist. He's looking behind walls, looking over balconies and just generally being a pain in the ass. So really it's a normal Tuesdays.]

[She stops suddenly, eying him warily. There was no chance of her slinking off to hide now that she's been so clearly seen and addressed--]

[--and what a loaded question that is. She's caught deep somewhere between the Soldier and a war hero who shares her face, with the two lifetimes shifting between each other and leaving behind memories that only confuse her more. So what is she supposed to say, when even she doesn't know the answer?]

...nobody.

[Maybe if she acts nondescript enough he'll leave her alone to find her way back home.]

What do you think that you are looking for?

[Have a Loki giving you a pointed look, Tony. Yes, he recognises you but somehow he isn't locked away in a prison.]

That is unlikely. Everybody is somebody even if they are a very insignificant creature.

[Tony whips around and backs himself against the wall. Yeah he hasn't forgotten the window thing.]

I'm just looking around thank you. I can do that right? You aren't going to smite me or anything.

That depends. What are you doing here? How did you even get here? Did Thor bring you?

[Tony shrugs and shakes his head.]

No idea yet. I just appeared and started wandering around. No one stopped me.

Do you even know where you are?

Asgard would be my educated guess since you asked if Thor brought me here. Only other place Thor goes besides Foster's place and the tower is home.

Asgard, yes.

Not a place where you belong.

[Part of her feels like she should be offended at that remark, but she doesn't have the energy to get into it.]

I'm not anyone important. [It comes out more of a growl than she intended.] I'm not even supposed to be here.

[Though where she is supposed to be is a bit of a mystery.]
